We will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District of or federal government.

Prince George’s County, Maryland
We accept any lawful verifiable source of money paid directly or indirectly to a renter, including federal, state, or local government assistance.

Virginia
We accept funds from any source that lawfully provides funds to or on behalf of a renter, including any assistance, benefit, or subsidy program, whether such program is administered by a governmental or nongovernmental entity.
